Why heart attacks becoming common ?
Heart attacks are becoming increasingly common because globally due to a combination of factors . One major contributor is the rising prevalence of cardiovascular risk factors such as high blood pressure , high cholesterol and diabetes which are often linked to unhealthy lifestyle choices sedentary lifestyles characterized by limited physical activity and prolonged periods of sitting have become more widespread contributing to an increased risk of heart disease . Additionally dietary habits have shifted towards consuming more processed and high calorie foods , sugary drinks and saturated fats which can lead to obesity and related cardiovascular issues stress both physical and mental also plays a significant role in the development of heart disease as chronic stress can lead to inflammation and increased blood pressure . Furthermore air pollution , smoking and excessive alcohol consumption are other key factors that contribute to the growing incidence of heart attack . The increasing prevalence of these risk factors coupled with an aging population and improved detection methods has led to a higher number of heart attacks worldwide to mitigate this trend it is essential to adopt healthier lifestyle including regular physical activity a balanced diet stress management and avoiding harmful substances like tobacco and excessive alcohol . by making these changes individuals can significantly reduce their risk of heart disease and heart attacks
